After our phone call, I will send you intake forms to read and complete prior to our first session. I encourage you to read through the forms to see if you have any questions or concerns that we can address before starting therapy. If you run into any difficulties accessing or completing the form, please contact me by phone or email and we can troubleshoot.
Before or after completing the intake forms, we will schedule your first session based on both of our availabilities. Please see the footnote below with my hours of operation.
